Frankie Ngo is a Sydney-born company director, now based in Melbourne and Dubai, who has held office in nineteen Australian companies since 2017 according to ASIC's register. Six of them ended in liquidation, including the five exhibition companies behind the Australian Tattoo Expo, wound up by the Supreme Court of Victoria in October 2024 on the application of his investment vehicle.
